Need to Return a Gem?

Preferred Gemstones makes it Easy.

We strive for customer satisfaction above all else. If within 5 days of receiving your gemstone(s) you become dissatisfied with your order, you may return it to us in original & undamaged condition. Gems may only be returned during this 5 day inspection period. Refunds for the cost of an item are made if the purchaser is dissatisfied and notifies Preferred Gemstones within 2 (two) days and returns the item within 5 (five) days of receipt of the item.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned or cancelled orders.  This is to cover the cost of the Credit Card and PayPal fees that we still have to pay because of the transaction. 

No Exceptions!  Requests for refunds must be made by e-mail.  info@preferredgemstones.com Preferred Gemstones will issue a refund upon receipt of the item(s) if the item is in an unaltered and undamaged state, less any shipping and handling charges. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items to Preferred Gemstones and for return shipping charges.

All merchandise must be returned with ALL it's original packaging and be in the new condition it was originally sold in. Damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted
